All the personnel deputed by us for duties at your premises shall be our employee and we shall be responsible for their salaries, leave, uniform and their fringe benefits which will be provided by you.

We shall be responsible for overall control and supervision of our staff while serving your organization.

You will not pay any amount as advance loan, Financial aid to our staff. It will be at your own risk if you do so.

You will not employ directly or indirectly any member of our staff in your organization or in any other of your concerns either during the validity period of this agreement or for six months from date of termination of agreement without our written.

You are responsible to provide Service Tax, ESI, EPF and all other statutory benefit according to COMPANY rules.

We charges 15% on total bill as agency charges.

• The terms of Engagement means the written proposal submitted to the client by the CMAS.
• Quotations are valid for two months from the date of the proposal.
• Work will be invoiced at the end of the month and payment is due within 07 days of invoice.
• Charges are payable once our employee has joined the company.

The replacement would be only provided when candidate leaves the organization with his/her own opinion else it won’t be provided if company or organization fires the employee with any reason.
